Discovery Call:
Our Initial Design Consultation is the first step in turning your interior design dreams into reality. During this personalized session, we will meet with you to understand your vision, preferences, and goals for your space. We'll discuss your style, color preferences, functional needs, and any specific ideas you may have in mind.
Scope of work:
This consultation serves as the foundation for your entire design project. We'll provide expert advice, offer creative insights, and answer any questions you may have. Whether you're embarking on a full-scale renovation or seeking guidance on a single room, this consultation is a valuable opportunity to tap into our expertise. We will also discuss budget parameters for example what your desired investment might be for the space in terms of furnishings, lighting and textiles etc.

Package 1 - Interior Design Refresh - Design Consultant
This package is perfect for clients who have a clear vision for their space and want to be highly involved in the process but need expert guidance to bring their ideas to life. Focused purely on design, this package does not include furniture sourcing but provides professional support in refining and executing your concept.
What's Included:
🔹 Consultation & Collaboration – We’ll work together to understand your style preferences and goals, establishing a clear design direction that aligns with your vision.
🔹 Mood Boards & Design Intent – Virtual mood boards for each room will capture the overall aesthetic. We’ll discuss the design intention in detail via Zoom or in person.
🔹 Color Scheme & Wall Finishes – Get expert recommendations for wall colors, paint options, or alternative finishes like wallpaper and textured treatments to refresh and elevate your space.
🔹 Furnishing & Décor Selection – While we don’t source furniture, we provide guidance on selecting pieces—including lighting, accessories, and décor—that harmonize with your desired aesthetic, budget, and overall design.
🔹 Flooring & Rug Selection – If needed, we’ll help you choose flooring and rugs that enhance your space with warmth, texture, and visual interest.
🔹 Backsplash & Tile Selection – Looking to upgrade your kitchen or bathroom? We’ll assist in selecting backsplashes or tile elements that enhance both style and functionality.
🔹 Space Planning & Layout Optimization – We provide expert advice on furniture placement, traffic flow, and maximizing functionality to create a well-balanced, efficient layout.

Package 2 - Interior Design Remodel - Design Consultant & Sourcing
The Interior Design Remodel Package includes everything from the Refresh Package, with the added benefit of hands-on collaboration with contractors and artisans throughout the renovation process. This package provides a fully immersive design experience, offering a deeper understanding of materials and finishes while ensuring a seamless execution of your vision.
What's Included:
🔹 Consultation & Design Direction – An in-depth discussion (via Zoom or in person) to establish the design vision and overall aesthetic.
🔹 Virtual Mood Boards – Initial and updated digital mood boards per room to refine the design intention.
🔹 Space Measurement & Layout Planning – On-site measuring and furniture taping to visualize various sizing options within your space.
🔹 Tactile Mood Boards & Material Selection – Hands-on selection of flooring, paint, wallpaper, and finishes, with in-person meetings to review samples.
🔹 Furniture & Décor Sourcing – Assistance in selecting furniture, lighting, and soft furnishings. Clients can choose their level of involvement, whether shopping together, receiving pre-selected options, or a mix of both.
🔹 Updated Virtual Mood Boards with Direct Links – A refined, curated selection of sourced items for easy reference and purchase.
🔹 Contractor Coordination – We work closely with contractors, builders, and tradespeople, providing them with detailed design plans, specifications, and clear instructions to ensure precision in execution.
🔹 Multiple Site Visits – Regular check-ins throughout the remodel to monitor progress, coordinate with contractors, and address any challenges to maintain alignment with the design vision.
🔹 Final Styling & Finishing Touches – As the project nears completion, we’ll carefully select and arrange accessories and décor to create a cohesive, polished, and inviting space.
This package is a true full-service design experience, integrating tactile mood boards, color palettes, and material samples to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of their home’s transformation. With flexible shopping options and expertly sourced furniture and finishes, we bring your dream space to life with ease and confidence.
Package 3 - Design Specialist
This package is a true design approach with tactile moodbaords and color palette allowing the client a deeper understanding of materials and finishes. This package also offers client shopping options as well as sourced furniture/finishes. This package goes a step further and offers a virtual rendering of the space
- Consulation
- Virtual Mood boards per room of overall aesthetic
- Discussion via zoom or in-person of design intention
-Updated virtual Mood boards
- Measureing of the space /taping out of furniture to show client differing sizes that would work in the space
- Picking out colors and creating tactile mood boards
- Meeting in person to review mood boards i.e. flooring samples, color samples etc
- Sourcing/shopping for Furniture/soft furnishing, lighting (depending on how much involvement the client wants on the project we do offer shopping otpions: 1. Shopping with client in person (we will have already done a pre-shop for this option) 2. We do all the shopping and present back
